Privacy Policy

Tongueprint is a private journal for photographing your tongue. In this policy, “we” means the Tongueprint team. The short version: we don't collect your data. Everything you create in the app stays on your iPhone.
What the app stores, and where
The app stores the following only on your device. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else:
- Tongue photos you take in the app.
- Notes you add to an entry.
- Capture details for each photo: date, time, time zone, device model, iOS and app version, and whether the flash fired. These help you compare photos taken under similar conditions.
- Your settings, such as reminder time and whether Face ID lock is on.
We run no servers for the app, and you don't need an account. The app contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking code, and no third-party SDKs.
Backups
To keep tongue photos off cloud services, the app excludes them from iCloud and computer backups. If you lose or replace your iPhone, those photos cannot be restored from a backup. To keep a copy, use Settings → Export all data and save the file somewhere you trust.
Permissions
- Camera: used only to take tongue photos.
- Photos (add only): used only when you choose to save an exported image. The app cannot see your existing photo library.
- Face ID: optional app lock. iOS handles the authentication, and the app never receives your biometric data.
- Notifications: optional daily reminders, scheduled on your device.
Sharing and export
Nothing leaves the app unless you choose to share or export it, for example a PDF report or a photo. Before an exported photo is shared, the app removes its hidden metadata, such as location and device details. Once you share a file, the app you share it with handles it under its own policies.
Crash reports
If you turned on Share with App Developers in iOS Settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash and performance reports. They contain technical information about the crash, never your photos or notes. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
Deleting your data
You can delete individual entries, or use Settings → Delete all data to permanently erase every entry and photo. Deleting the app also removes all of its data from your device. Because we hold no copies, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

Tongueprint is a personal journal. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and note the change in the app's release notes.

见舌是一款记录舌象照片的私人日记 App,本政策中的「我们」指见舌团队。一句话概括:我们不收集你的数据。你在 App 里产生的一切都只保存在你的 iPhone 上。
App 保存什么、存在哪里
以下内容只保存在你的设备上,不会发送给我们或任何第三方:
- 你在 App 里拍摄的舌象照片。
- 你为记录添加的备注。
- 每张照片的拍摄信息:日期、时间、时区、设备型号、iOS 与 App 版本、闪光灯是否触发。这些信息帮你对比相近条件下拍的照片。
- 你的设置,例如提醒时间、是否开启 Face ID 锁。
App 没有服务器,也不需要注册账号。App 内不含任何统计、广告或追踪代码,也没有接入第三方 SDK。
备份
为了不让舌象照片进入云端,App 会把照片排除在 iCloud 和电脑备份之外。如果手机丢失或更换,这些照片无法从备份恢复。如需留存,请使用「设置 → 导出全部数据」,把文件存到你信任的地方。
权限
- 相机:只用于拍摄舌象。
- 照片(仅添加):只在你选择保存导出的图片时使用。App 无法读取你已有的相册。
- Face ID:可选的应用锁。验证由 iOS 完成,App 不会接触你的生物特征数据。
- 通知:可选的每日提醒,在本机排程。
分享与导出
只有你主动分享或导出(如 PDF 报告、单张照片)时,内容才会离开 App。分享照片前,App 会自动抹掉照片里隐藏的位置、设备等信息。文件分享出去之后,接收方 App 按其自身政策处理。
崩溃报告
如果你在 iOS 设置中开启了「与 App 开发者共享」,Apple 可能会把匿名的崩溃与性能报告转给我们。报告只包含崩溃的技术信息,不含你的照片或备注。你可以随时在「设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 分析与改进」中更改。
删除数据
你可以删除单条记录,也可以用「设置 → 删除全部数据」永久清除所有记录与照片。删除 App 也会清除它在设备上的全部数据。我们不持有任何副本,因此我们这边没有需要删除的内容。
非医疗建议
见舌是个人记录工具,不用于诊断、治疗或预防任何疾病。
儿童
本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童,我们也不会有意收集任何人的信息。

本政策如有变更,我们会更新本页,并在 App 的版本更新说明中注明。
